The Amanda Queen Scholarship Fund was designed to provide financial assistance to graduating students with a documented disability to continue their education through a post-secondary education program or a trade school.
Eligibility requirements include being a graduating senior for the applicable school year, being a student with a documented disability that impacts learning, and having applied to attend an accredited college, university, or trade school.
The application deadline for 2024/25 school year is Thursday, May 1, 2025.
- A completed application
- A written essay, Video Clip, or Artistic/Visual Presentation describing the student’s future goals and how the Amanda Queen Scholarship will assist them in accomplishing those goals
- Copy of the student’s transcript
Each scholarship award is $1,000.
Recipients will be announced via email. Scholarships will be awarded at the Amanda Queen Scholarship Luncheon. Date/Time and Location TBA
Selection criteria includes financial need, academics, essay submission, and recommendations.
There is no minimum GPA requirement for this scholarship.
